The Power of “Me Retreats” with Laura Cootsona

Have you ever taken a “Me Retreat”? It is so important for us to take time to ourselves. This helps us reset and connect with our own souls. In this episode, I sit down with a dear friend, Laura Cootsona to talk about just that. We recount our time learning this important practice through the years of having small children, building careers, and even now as our kids our grown. It’s a wonderful conversation. I can’t wait for you to experience Laura’s insight, wisdom, and joy. Come listen, laugh, and learn with us!
