30 Day Journal Challenge

We all want to live thriving lives, but oftentimes our desire to care for, lead, and serve others can cause us to slip into survival mode and lose pieces of who we truly are. We can end up losing ourselves in the race of our days, and we simply fall asleep in exhaustion just to do it all again the next day. Where is the time to even remember who we are and what we need?

Journaling is about making that space in our busy lives. It can work to strengthen our identity by reminding us what we need for deep fulfillment. And 3C Journaling creates a process to engage your heart and mind to slow down and practice listening to not only who you are, but who you are choosing to become. This is what it means to live with more Clarity, Confidence & Courage.

Will you take on this 30 Day Journal Challenge with me?
It will take about 15-30 minutes each day. I have found that morning is my ideal time, but journaling works throughout the day or even at night before you go to bed. I made a bookmark for you that will give you some questions to reflect on. Each day, use the bookmark and your journaling time to dive into your clarity, confidence, and courage. Print out the bookmark below, place it in your journal, and let’s see what the next 30 days of journaling can do for you and for me.
