What People are Saying

“Many of us have big dreams that are just that, dreams. Heather Penny is convinced they can become reality. What I like most about this book is that it’s a pathway, not just a promise. Here are the practical steps to get started on creating the life you’ve always wanted. ”

—Michael Hyatt, Wall Street Journal best-selling coauthor of The Vision Driven Leader

“Heather is a friend and teacher of mine, and she has a little pyromaniac in her. Let me tell you what I mean. She is a person who lights fuses for a living. She has lit mine, she has done it for hundreds of people as a leadership coach and in these pages, she is going to ignite a couple things in you too. She calls what she does “3C Living” but for me, it has felt like she has invited us to a fireworks show. Not just to watch, but to participate in. ”

—Bob Goff, New York Times best-selling author of Love Does and Dream Big

Do you pride yourself on being super-productive? Is it hard to slow down and sit still? When was the last time you took a walk at night and looked at the stars?

Here’s something that might shock you. These “nonproductive” periods are actually helping you gain clarity on the different challenges you’re facing. With clarity comes confidence in your decisions. When you grow your confidence, you’re also growing your courage. Courage to risk failure, courage to tell the truth about your feelings, courage to be who you were made to be even if it’s like no one else around you.

If you try to be anyone else but who you are, you’ll never find happiness.

The Life You’re Made For by Heather Penny

Instead of asking yourself: What’s wrong with me? Ask yourself: What’s right with me? Reframing the question can have a huge positive impact on what the voice in your head is saying.”
