My word for 2022 was Welcome. This episode is all about looking back on a year of welcome through the lens of my journaling. All the ups and downs, pain and joy, insights and false beliefs… My year of welcome was full. And what I really focused on was welcoming peace. I talk about all the false beliefs I have around my own peace, How I had to refocus and reconnect with my self. Through this processing of my year, I hope you are able to gain some tools and wisdom to process your own clarity, confidence, and courage.
