Part 1 of the 4 Tires – Fulfillment & Affirmation

There are four tires that we consistently need to check to make sure that we are feeling at our best: fulfillment, affirmation, achievement, and growth. If any one of these tires doesn’t function at its optimum performance then we can feel depressed, discouraged, anxious, and wandering. In Part I of this series, Heather will focus on fulfillment and affirmation and the roles these qualities play in your life.

Actionable Steps:
Spend a few moments to ask yourself the following:
Are one of these tires low in your life? What are you doing to bring fulfillment to your life? Where are you feeling blocked? 
What do you want to be known for? List six people in your life that affirm you and help you to own your true beliefs.
