This week I want to share with you one of the ways I pull back when dozens of decisions are coming at me from every direction. When daily or weekly time on your tire swing isn’t cutting it, you may need to take a bigger break. Time under the stars is for when you’re feeling too weary to carry all of your responsibilities. It’s a time for solitude and contemplation.
Time under the stars gives you three gifts:
It gives you the opportunity for an accurate and honest reflection of yourself.
It gives you the chance to reorient so you can get to where you want to go and be the person you want to become.
It gives you the opportunity for depth. Without it, it’s like living in the shallow end of life. A well-lived life requires contemplation and reflection.
Here’s a short video I made for you to encourage you to take this time for yourself. You’ve earned it.
